If a parcel is late

Contact us at support@ecclo.store with your order reference and we will open an enquiry with the carrier. Where delivery has not taken place within thirty days of the order, you may cancel and be refunded in full under article L.216-6 of the Code de la consommation.

If a parcel arrives damaged

Note the damage with the carrier at the moment of delivery, and tell us within three working days. Keep the packaging and photograph it — that makes the carrier claim straightforward. A damaged article is replaced or refunded at your choice, at no cost to you.

Returns

You may return anything within 14 days of receipt, for any reason or none. The full legal framework is on the withdrawal page; here is the practical sequence.

  1. Email support@ecclo.store with your order reference and which articles you are returning. You may use the standard withdrawal form, but a plain statement is enough.
  2. Pack the articles with their labels attached, and put the order reference in the parcel.
  3. Post to: ECCLO — Returns, 50 Rue de l'Egalité, 91590 D'Huison-Longueville, France. Use a tracked service and keep the receipt.
  4. We refund within 14 days of receiving the articles back, or of receiving your proof of postage, whichever comes first — by the same means you paid.

Who pays for the return

You pay the return postage when you simply changed your mind. We pay it in full when the article is faulty, not as described, or not the one you ordered — in that case tell us before sending and we will arrange the label or reimburse the cost.

Single-run articles

Deadstock and offcut articles are returnable on exactly the same terms as everything else. They are not personalised or made to order, so no exclusion applies to them. Because they are not restocked, a returned article goes back into the remaining run rather than being replaced.

Exchanges

We do not process exchanges as a separate operation. Return the article for a refund and place a new order for the size you want — that is faster than holding stock against an exchange, and it keeps the withdrawal period clean.

Delivery to a different address

You may have an order delivered to an address other than your own. Enter it as the delivery address at checkout. The invoice is issued to the purchaser in either case.
