Your rights

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind, without giving a reason and without penalty. This page sets out exactly how, including the standard form.

Withdrawal period
14 days

The period

Under articles L.221-18 and following of the Code de la consommation, you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. The period runs from the day you, or a third party you designated other than the carrier, physically receive the articles.

Where an order is delivered in several parcels, the period runs from receipt of the last article. Where the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the period is extended to the next working day.

What it covers

Every article sold on this site is covered, including single-run deadstock articles and offcut articles. Those are not made to your specification and are not personalised, so no exclusion applies to them. We state this explicitly because the exclusion for made-to-order goods is sometimes applied to limited runs, and it does not apply here.

How to withdraw

  1. Tell us before the 14 days are up. An unambiguous statement is enough — an email to support@ecclo.store saying you withdraw, with your order reference. You may use the standard form below, but you are not obliged to.
  2. Send the articles back within 14 days of telling us, to the return address below.
  3. Keep proof of postage. We recommend a tracked service; the risk of loss in return transit is yours until we receive the parcel.

Return address

ECCLO — Returns
50 Rue de l'Egalité
91590 D'Huison-Longueville
France

Include the order reference inside the parcel. A return without a reference takes longer to match to an order and therefore longer to refund.

Return costs

The direct cost of returning the articles is yours, unless the article was faulty, not as described or not what you ordered — in which case we bear the return cost in full and will arrange or reimburse it.

Condition of the returned articles

You may handle the articles as you would in a shop: try them on, check the fit, look at the fabric. You are liable only for a diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the article — for example an article that has been worn outdoors, washed, altered or damaged.

Refund

We refund all sums paid, including the standard delivery charge you paid on the outbound order, within 14 days of receiving the articles back — or of receiving proof that you sent them, whichever is earlier.

The refund is made by the same means you used to pay, unless you expressly agree otherwise. It carries no fee. Where you chose a delivery option more expensive than our standard option, we refund the standard charge rather than the premium one, as the law provides.

Standard withdrawal form

You may copy the text below, complete it and send it to us. Using it is optional; any unambiguous statement of withdrawal has the same effect.

(Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.)

Withdrawal is separate from the legal guarantees. If an article is faulty or not as described, see the guarantees page — those rights last far longer than 14 days. Practical return steps are on the delivery and returns page.
