Conditions générales de vente
These terms govern every sale made through ecclo.store to a consumer. They are written to be read before ordering, not after a dispute.
Last updated 12 August 2026
1. Parties and scope
These terms apply to all sales of articles made through the site ecclo.store, operated by ECCLO under the brand name Reboucle, to any consumer purchaser. The company's registration details are published on the legal notice page.
Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms in the version published on the site at the moment the order is placed. A copy is available at any time at this address and is provided with the order confirmation.
2. The articles
The essential characteristics of each article are set out on its product page: fibre composition, recycled content expressed as a percentage by weight, the source type of any recycled material, certification status, care instructions, country of manufacture, measured dimensions and a statement of how the material behaves differently from virgin material.
Photographs illustrate the articles and are as faithful as photography allows. Where an article is assembled from offcuts, or is cut from undyed or unbleached cloth, the product page states that the item received will differ in appearance from the photograph, and in what way.
Articles described as a single run are cut from a finite quantity of cloth. The number of units in the run is published on the product page. When the run is sold out the article is not remade.
3. Prices
Prices are stated in euros, inclusive of French VAT at 20% (TTC), and exclude delivery. The delivery charge applicable to the destination is displayed as a separate line in the order summary before the order is confirmed.
The applicable price is the one displayed on the site at the moment the order is placed. The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, without effect on orders already confirmed.
For destinations outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may be payable on arrival. They are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in the price shown.
4. Promotions and set pricing
Where a set is offered below the sum of the prices of the articles it contains, the reference price (prix de référence) — that sum — is published alongside the set price, so the reduction can be verified. No crossed-out price is displayed that the article was not actually sold at.
Where a first-order code is offered, it is valid once per customer, applies to the article total before delivery, is not combinable with another code, and states its own expiry. Free delivery applies from €80 of articles, VAT included.
There is no membership, no subscription, no stored balance and no points scheme on this site. Nothing offered here recurs or auto-renews.
5. Placing an order
An order is placed in the following steps:
- Selection of articles and sizes, added to the bag.
- Review of the bag, with article prices and an indication of the delivery charge.
- Entry of contact and delivery details on the checkout page.
- Display of the complete order: articles, unit prices including VAT, delivery charge for the chosen destination, total payable, dispatch time, right of withdrawal and legal guarantees.
- Express acceptance of these terms and of the personal data notice, by two separate boxes.
- Confirmation of the order, followed by the payment step.
Confirmation constitutes an obligation to pay. An acknowledgement is sent to the email address provided, summarising the order and carrying its reference.
The seller may refuse an order where an article is unavailable, where the details supplied are manifestly incorrect, or where a previous order remains unpaid. In that case any sum already taken is refunded in full.
6. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of the order. The payment methods available are those presented at the payment step for this storefront; they are displayed before payment is taken and no charge is made until the purchaser confirms it.
No card details are collected or stored by this site. Where an order is recorded but the payment step has not yet been completed, the order is held and customer service makes contact at the email address supplied; nothing is charged in the meantime.
7. Delivery
Articles are dispatched within 1–2 working days of the order being confirmed, to the address supplied by the purchaser.
- France (métropole)
- €4.90 · 2–4 working days after dispatch
- European Union
- €9.90 · 4–8 working days after dispatch
- Rest of world
- €19.90 · 7–15 working days after dispatch
- Free delivery
- From €80 of articles, VAT included, to any destination above.
Delivery times are given after dispatch and exclude weekends and public holidays. Where delivery has not taken place within thirty days of the order, the purchaser may cancel the order under article L.216-6 of the Code de la consommation and be refunded in full.
Risk passes to the purchaser on physical receipt of the articles. Where a parcel arrives visibly damaged, note it with the carrier and inform us within three working days at support@ecclo.store. The full delivery and return process is set out on the delivery page.
8. Right of withdrawal
The purchaser has 14 days from physical receipt of the articles to withdraw, without giving a reason and without penalty. This applies to single-run and offcut articles exactly as it does to any other, as they are not made to the customer's specification.
The procedure, the return address, the standard withdrawal form and the refund timetable are set out in full on the withdrawal page.
9. Legal guarantees
Every article sold benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 and following of the Code de la consommation) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Code civil). Both apply independently of any commercial gesture, are provided at no cost, and are set out separately on the guarantees page.
10. Producer responsibility and environmental characteristics
Textile articles placed on the French market are subject to extended producer responsibility. The unique identifier (Identifiant Unique) issued on registration is published on each product page, together with the environmental characteristics required for the article: the proportion of recycled material incorporated, the presence of substances of very high concern as declared by the supplier, and the sorting instruction.
- Identifiant Unique (IDU)
- Pending — ADEME producer registration in progress
- Sorting
- Every article carries the Triman marking and its accompanying sorting information. See the sorting page.
11. Claims about materials
The seller publishes three verifiable facts per article — the recycled percentage by weight, the source type of the recycled material, and the certification status with any certificate reference held. Where no third-party certificate reference is held, the article is described as supplier-declared and no certification standard is named.
The seller makes no environmental claim of any kind about its articles, and none should be inferred from the absence of one. What each field means and how it is established is set out on the materials page.
12. Personal data
Personal data collected in the course of an order is processed as described in the personal data notice, which sets out the purposes, the legal bases, the retention periods, the recipients and how to exercise your rights.
13. Complaints and mediation
Complaints should first be addressed to customer service at support@ecclo.store or +33 7 39 81 27 30, monday to friday, 09:00–17:00 cet.
Where a complaint is not resolved, the purchaser may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator, and may also use the European online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The mediator's details are on the mediation page.
14. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for a failure to perform caused by an event of force majeure within the meaning of article 1218 of the Code civil. Where such an event lasts more than thirty days, either party may terminate the order and any sum paid is refunded.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. This choice does not deprive a consumer resident in another Member State of the European Union of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
